Alan has 43 years estate agency experience, all of which has been spent valuing and selling residential homes around Nuneaton, and as such is one of the most experienced property professionals working in the area. Qualified as a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, a Licensed NAEA Agent and an Associate of the Guild of Property Professionals. Actively involved in the day to day running of the business and overall responsible for all homes coming onto the market.

Charlotte Cooper FNAEA GA
Charlotte joined the family business in 2009 and was eager to gain immediate qualification, earning her Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and becoming a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, together with Licensed NAEA status, at the age of just 17. Also qualified as Associate of the Guild of Property Professionals. In recognition of this achievement, Charlotte was awarded the title of UK Young Estate Agent of the Year. In 2013, Charlotte gained Level 4 Certificate and promotion to Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, the youngest person ever to achieve this status. With some fifteen years experience behind her, Charlotte is well versed in all aspects of the housing market in Nuneaton and is our Head of Sales.

James Cooper MNAEA GA
James joined the family business in 2006 and qualified with a Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, becoming a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and a Licensed NAEA agent. Also qualified as an Associate of the Guild of Property Professionals. With eighteen years experience, James has gained invaluable knowledge of the Nuneaton area, carrying out valuation appraisals and marketing homes for sale. James takes considerable pride in the presentation of our homes with his photography and video tours.
